We meet for meditation Monday through Friday online, 7:00-7:30 am CST. All Are welcome. Please message me HERE for the Google Meet link to join us.

We mostly sit in the Buddhist Theravada/Vipassana tradition, but we are non-sectarian and draw from various contemplative traditions, including Yoga and Hindu philosophy, Dzogchen Buddhism, Zen Buddhism, and more.

We hope to build a community of support surrounding our personal meditation practices and are excited to see newbies and experienced meditators alike.
